He is very familiar with numerous civil engineering software programs and applications.

Steven A. Butherus, PE

Steven Butherus has over 20+ years of experience involving design and construction management of a wide variety of projects for both the public and private sector. His experience includes roadways, water, and wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, hydrology and civil site work. Steve served as the drainage engineer for the city of Greeley from 1985 to 1988.
