Severance 4th Avenue Overlay - ARRA Project

Project consisted of two and a half miles of asphalt overlay, culvert replacement, handicap ramp improvements and cross pan on 4th Avenue in Severance, Colorado. KBN Engineers provided design plans in CDOT format and assisted the Town during project bidding and construction.
