Severance 1st Street Overlay Project

Project was a Federally funded CDOT Local Agency project consisting of four and a half miles of asphalt overlay on 1st Street (WCR 23) in Severance, Colorado. KBN Engineers provided design plans in CDOT format and assisted the Town during project bidding and construction.
